Painting with oils on canvas is my favorite. Acrylics are fun and watercolor takes me back to when I first learned to paint. Whatever the medium, for me it's all about the process. Recently I realized that I hold my breath while I paint and can feel the high of adrenaline pumping through my entire body just by gliding a brush over a canvas. Post painting I feel like I ran a mile and the endorphins carry me into my next project; while my mind is fresh with anticipation and void of inhabitions. I'm addicted to this feeling. I try to live fine art every day - in any medium.
