21 Progress assists emerging leaders – especially youth and young adults – to claim their place in building a more just society and reaching their dream. Our programs are committed to delivering services that address communities most impacted by recent threats and challenges including immigrants, undocumented individuals, young workers, and people of color. Through intensive leadership training, community-based education, and active civic engagement we prepare leaders, empower community, and mobilize civic voice in action to create vibrant communities where all people have access to gain economic mobility, secure educational/professional stability, and real opportunity to discover their fullest potential.
To empower communities to find freedom through art.
PRICEarts Mission: to empower communities to find freedom through art, raise awareness of challenges faced in those communities, and provide support for individuals and organizations committed to effecting change.
Projected Growth: PRICEarts, a place to cultivate community and education in various fine and performing arts disciplines. We are a community with a conscious devoted to responding to the needs of those in the cities we dwell in.
Tint Dance Festival exists to celebrate and promote dancers and choreographers of color by providing them an annual performance opportunity. The festival showcases a number of newly created original works from Seattle choreographers. In addition, the festival will invite a number of established dance companies to perform. All works will feature dancers of color. The festival will also provide networking opportunities throughout the festival experience. Tint strives to connect dancers of colors to build and strengthen the Seattle dance community.
